Refund policy

This policy applies to paid application analytics engagements with analytics-platforms, including Instrumentation Audit, Funnel Reconstruction, Retention Signal Design, and Analytics Ops Setup. Website pricing is informational only; refunds follow the written agreement for each engagement.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to analytics-platforms for consulting work described in a signed statement of work. They do not apply to third-party software licenses, cloud tooling, or advertising spend you purchase separately.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be emailed to hello@analytics-platforms.digital within 14 days of the triggering event (cancellation confirmation, delivery dispute, or invoice date for unused prepaid work), unless the statement of work sets a different window.

Full refunds

A full refund of prepaid fees is available if you cancel in writing before the kickoff workshop and before we have begun discovery interviews or access reviews. Deposits held solely to reserve a start date are refundable under the same condition.

Partial refunds

If work has started, we refund the unused portion of prepaid fees after deducting completed phases at the rates in the statement of work. Completed phases typically include discovery, taxonomy drafts already delivered, or verification already performed.

Non-refundable items

• Time already spent on workshops, audits, or documentation delivered to you
• Custom research assets prepared for your product after kickoff
• Third-party costs we incurred with your written approval
• No-shows for scheduled working sessions without 48 hours’ notice

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a kickoff once at no charge with at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may shift delivery dates. Cancellation after kickoff follows the partial refund rules above. We may cancel for non-payment or lack of required access; in that case, unused prepaid fees are refunded after deducting work performed.

Work already started and materials

Draft taxonomies, funnel definitions, and handbooks delivered before cancellation remain yours to use under the license in the statement of work. We do not refund the value of work already delivered. Purchased materials ordered specifically for your engagement with your approval are non-refundable once ordered.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposits secure calendar capacity. If you miss a scheduled onsite or remote workshop without timely notice, that session fee is non-refundable; remaining unused prepaid work may still qualify for partial refund.

Refund process and method

Email hello@analytics-platforms.digital with your agreement reference, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.

Exceptions

If we materially fail to deliver a contracted phase and cannot cure within a reasonable period after written notice, you may receive a refund for that undelivered phase. Statutory rights under Korean consumer or commercial law that cannot be waived remain available where they apply.
